What is the difference between golden brown or pressure treated finishes?

Timbertrove offers customers two different finishes for garden sheds, fence panels, trellis and gazebo's. Golden Brown means that the product has been treated with a wood preserverative which is water based, low odour and non-toxic. This treatment protects and treats the timber. The preservative will need to be applied every 12-18 months. The other option available is a pressure treated finish. Pressure treated means that the timber has been treated in a pressurised tank prior to manufacturing. The timbers long term durability has been significantly enchanced to give an anticapted service life of 15 years.
