Are your timber products suitable for Ireland’s harsh climate?

Yes, our products are built for the harsh Irish climate. We use strong materials to produce very sturdy products. All timber is pressure treated making it more resistant to rot, fungus, mould and insects.

Do you offer Trade Accounts?

Trade accounts are available to bona fide associated trade customers only and you will be asked to submit proof of trading (letterhead, website link etc.) before your application can be approved. Trade accounts and pricing are not automatically granted. Credit accounts are issued on an individual basis at Timbertrove’s discretion, based on previous payment history and references.

Collection & Delivery

Can I arrange to collect my order?

Yes, you can place your order for collection online so it is conveniently ready for you ahead of time.

Collection times are dependant on your product's stock status. Please allow approximately 2-5 working days (*2-3 weeks during peak times*) for your order to be ready. A member of our team will be in touch to inform you of when your order will be ready for collection.

Are your products always in stock?

No, many of our products are made to order so please be aware that there is a lead time. This depends on demand, which changes according to the season.

Do you deliver nationwide across Ireland?

Yes, our products are available for delivery throughout Ireland. For large/bulky items outside Dublin, we offer a pallet delivery service with a third party company. This is a curb side delivery service.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary largely depending on the location and size of the products.

This will be automatically calculated online at the checkout.

How long does delivery usually take?

Deliveries are expected within 1-2 weeks/*2-3 weeks during peak times*. 

However, please note that this is an estimate. Deliveries can take longer as they are dependant on stock availability and delivery location.

Installation & Services

Do you offer installation services?

Some of the products on our website include a supply and fit service in the greater Dublin area. For orders outside this area, please contact our sales team for a quote.

If the product you selected does not include a supply and fit service, we can recommend reliable, professional installation services carried out by experienced installers. For more information, please get in touch with our team.

How far in advance should I plan the installation?

For supply & fit products, its important that you plan the installation early if you need it complete within a certain timeline.

Our lead times vary depending on demand. You can expect this to be anywhere from 2-6 weeks.

Do you remove old sheds?

Yes, we can take your old shed down and dispose of it in the correct environmental manner for an additional cost. As a guideline, the fee starts at €200 to remove the average size garden shed. Please call us for an accurate quote.

It’s important to note that we will only take away the bare shed and cannot dispose of any contents in addition. The shed must be completely empty before we arrive. If you would like to clear away any other unwanted items it may be useful to consider hiring a skip and disposing of everything at once, including your old shed.

If you are unsure or concerned, please send us a photograph of the proposed site and we can advise you on this. When taking the photo, if possible include a fence or a wall in the background to give us an idea of the scale and include the size of the shed you are planning to purchase.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

Timbertrove accepts payment by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Cash. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in Euro.

Do you charge VAT on all products?

Yes, the standard VAT rate of 23% is charged on all products.

Can I get an invoice or receipt for my order?

Yes of course! We provide this with all of our orders, if you need a copy please get in touch with our team by contacting sales@timbertrove.com

Returns & Customer Support

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless the item is faulty, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.

If the unwanted item is returned in “as sold” condition and accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of receipt, we can offer a full refund via the original payment method or an exchange. Card refunds may take up to 7 days to process.

As "sold condition" means the item is:

  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accompanying documentation
  • Undamaged and unused

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods are not in a re-saleable condition.

Please note the following items are non-refundable:

  • Goods made to your specification or personalised in any way
  • Non-stock or special-order items
  • Clearance, ex-display, or sold-as-seen items

All return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns may be subject to a 10% handling/restocking fee.

Do your products come with a warranty or guarantee?

Our Garden Sheds come with a Timbertrove 5 Year Guarantee.

However, we expect these to have a life span of around 15-20 years.
